The subject vessel is a twin screw motor cruiser type “Franchini Emozione 55” of glass

reinforced plastic sandwich construction and according to certification built in Italy in

2007. HIN: IT-FRA-EME 18D707. Principal dimensions: overall length 16.35 metres,

beam 4.80 metres, depth 1.46 metres, net registered tons 18.33 tons.

The vessel is powered by 2 off MAN type L6800CA diesel engines, fitted with hydraulic

transmission units, coupled to stainless steel tailshafts, fitted with 4-bladed propellers,

The main engines are fitted with Racor fuel/water separator filters.

A Westerbeke auxiliary generator of 8 KVA capacity is fitted for 220 volt AC power

All 24 volt DC service and engine starting batteries were new in July 2014.

ACCOMMODATION AND GENERAL LAYOUT

The vessel’s accommodation is designed for 4 guests in the following layout:

Double berth master cabin with ensuite WC and shower facilities located forward, fitted

with a stereo music system and TV.

Twin berth guest cabin located on the port side below decks.

Office space located on the starboard side below decks. This can be converted into a

WC and shower facilities for the twin berth guests cabin located on the port side below

Crew quarters for captain located below decks with an entrance from the aft deck, with

The saloon on the main deck houses a galley space on the starboard side with the

steering position and all instrumentation located forward on the starboard side. A

maneuvering position is located on the starboard side of the aft deck.

A hydraulically operated garage is located aft for housing a small boat and other items.

The following general equipment was fitted onboard:

 Lofrans anchor windlass and rope capstan of 1,500 watt capacity

 CQR anchor attached to an unknown length of 12 mm anchor chain

 Electro/hydraulic passarelle (telescopic)

 New set of rubber fenders and sleeves

 New shore power connecting cable

 Sharp HD television unit in retractable remote controlled partition

 Clock, Hydrometer and Barometer set

 Frigoboat fridge/freezer unit – further unit fitted to the aft deck

 Ariston 4 hob electric cooker unit

 Climma Marine Air-conditioning units for cold and heat generation

 2 off 24 volt electric heavy duty mounted fishing reels and rods for deep sea fishing

The following navigational equipment was fitted in way of the vessels bridge:

 Furuno colour LCD depth sounder type FCV 1100L

 Raymarine type RAY 240E VHF unit. Serial no: 0670329

 Raymarine C120 plotter/GPS unit

 Bow thruster/stern thruster units

 Main engine controls on bridge with docking controls and thruster controls on the

 Instrument panel fitted with main engine RPM counter, temperature gauges,

engine and transmission oil gauges including fuel and water gauges

The following safety equipment is fitted onboard:

 8 man liferaft (serviced June 2014)

 Automatic fire extinguisher system in engine room (new June 2014)

 Set of pyrotechnics (new June 2014)

 Portable fire extinguishers (Serviced June 2014)

 Full complement of new lifejackets

The following tank capacities were noted onboard:

 Diesel fuel tanks with a total approximate capacity of 3,000 litres

 Fresh water tanks with a total approximate capacity of 980 litres

 Hot water boiler with a total capacity of approximately 45 litres

 Blackwater tank with mascerator and evacuation pumps connected to the Vacuum

 Greywater tank with pumping system

 Freshwater pressostatic system

The vessels hull above waterline was newly painted in June 2014 and anti-fouling was

applied prior to launching in early July 2014.

The vessel is in almost new condition having had little use since build. The cabins have

never been slept in. All systems have been carefully maintained and the main engines

and generator were fully serviced in June 2014.

The vessel is currently subject to continuous maintenance

Recently we performed a 2 day sea trial and the vessel reached a speed of 32 knots.
