Foster’s outspoken inside-out design reconnects the guests with the marine environment.

Delivered in 2009 by Italian shipyard Rodriguez Yachts, the 41.1m (136’5) motor yacht was completely refitted in 2015 by the present owner, which included a new minimalist interior, a Jacuzzi installation on the sun deck, upgraded AV systems, brand new sports and leisure equipment as well as an extensive engineering refit. Throughout the summer of 2016, she also underwent a new paint job.

Ocean Emerald accommodates up to 12 guests in five luxurious cabins. Located on the main deck is the master suite, which has the added luxury of his and hers private balconies and full-height glazed paneling that allows natural light to penetrate in and sea views to be enjoyed from all angles. Aft of the lower deck are two VIP suites and forward of this level are the remaining en suite guest cabins with Pullman berths.

With an aim to integrate the natural environment into the design of this sophisticated yacht, Foster’s holistic approach has meant that a sense of continuity between the inside and out has been achieved. Designed with a focus on family life, the tri-deck yacht has 30% greater square footage both inside and outside, making Ocean Emerald the best value for money for a yacht in this range.

Her large open decks complemented by a continuous wide aft staircase offers astounding unconstrained views and freedom to move around the decks. Forward of the vast sun deck is her newly installed Jacuzzi that is surrounded by inviting sun pads and boasts the best views in the house. With a bar and a sociable seating arrangement, this is the perfect spot for enjoying the midday rays or cocktails at sundown.

Twin 1400hp Caterpillar engines power Ocean Emerald to reach maximum speeds of 18 knots and cruise comfortably at 14 knots, whilst maintaining absolute comfort on board. She also features at anchor stabilisers, which reduce roll motion when stationery allowing guests to have an unforgettable experience.

The 134.51ft /41m Custom motor yacht ‘OCEAN EMERALD’ was built in 2006 by Rodriquez Yachts and last refitted in 2015. Foster & Partners is responsible for her beautiful exterior and interior design.

Ocean Emerald’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 2 VIP staterooms, 2 double/twin cabins and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Performance
She is built with Aluminium hull and Aluminium superstructure. This custom semi-displacement yacht is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience. She features ‘at anchor stabilisers’ which work at zero speed to increase onboard comfort at anchor and on rough waters. Ocean Emerald is built to comply to MCA and RINA standards. With a cruising speed of 14 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 2,600nm from her 26,000litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
