The superyacht M/Y ALAIYA (formerly known as TIS) is a stunning 🌟 112-meter masterpiece crafted by the renowned Lürssen Yachts. 🚢 Launched in 2018 and making her grand debut in the Mediterranean 🌊 near Gibraltar in June 2019, this yacht has quickly become a top contender for the title of Super Yacht of the Year among those exceeding 100 meters in length. 🏆

The 111.5-meter (365’10”) motor yacht was built at Lürssen’s Rendsburg shipyard in Germany 🇩🇪, with both interior and exterior design by the esteemed British design firm Winch Design. 🎨 Delivered to her original owner in June 2019, she underwent a refit in 2020, adding even more luxury and elegance to her already impressive features. ✨

👑 Ownership History

Originally known as TIS, the yacht was first owned by Alexei Fedorychev, who named her after his Ukrainian logistics company. 🇺🇦 However, after a series of events, including a reported default on the purchase contract, the yacht was repossessed by Lürssen and later listed for sale at an asking price of EUR 275,000,000. 💶

In 2020, the yacht was sold to Alisher Usmanov, who renamed her Lady Gulya. 🌹 She served as a temporary yacht while his larger vessel, Dilbar, underwent a major refit. 🔧 In 2021, the yacht changed hands once more, being sold to Lakshmi Mittal, who renamed her Alaiya. 🌟
