Full Description: ATTESSA IV is a remarkable 101.2-metre superyacht originally built in 1999 in Japan as Evergreen. In 2007 she was purchased by American industrialist Dennis Washington, who commissioned one of the largest and most ambitious yacht rebuilds in history at his own shipyard in Vancouver, Canada.

Between 2007 and 2011 the yacht was lengthened, completely restyled by Glade Johnson, and technically upgraded at a reported cost of around US$200 million. The result is a powerful, high-volume vessel with strong performance (up to 23 knots) and exceptional guest capacity.

Notable features include two helipads, a large lower-deck spa, and a striking Dale Chihuly glass sculpture above the top-deck pool. ATTESSA IV won awards for her 2011 rebuild and remains one of the most impressive and capable superyachts of her generation.

Status (June 2026): Privately owned by Dennis Washington. Previously listed for sale in 2024 but currently not actively on the market.
