Tranquility, a 91.5-metre Oceanco, is now listed as a yacht for sale. Built in 2014, this yacht for sale was previously named Equanimity until she was seized and sold to Genting Malaysia Bhd for $126,000,000 as part of a sealed-bid process handled by the Malaysian government.

On 13 September 2011, Oceanco’s stunning new 91.5m superyacht Equanimity won the prestigious award for Best Yacht of the Year over 82m at the 2014 World Yacht Trophies. The exclusive awards ceremony took place in Cannes at the Carlton Beach Hotel and featured a gala dinner followed by the awards presentation and a spectacular nighttime parade of yachts cruising along the shoreline.

On 23 September 2014, Equanimity had the further distinction of winning the esteemed Monaco Yacht Show award for The Finest New Yacht of the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show. The award ceremony took place at the lovely new Norman Foster designed Yacht Club of Monaco. The director of the Monaco Yacht Show presented Oceanco the award at the show’s opening cocktail reception party attended by industry members, the press and VIP’s.

The 300.20ft Custom motor yacht motor yacht ‘Equanimity’ was built by Oceanco in Netherlands at their Alblasserdam shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 2013. The yacht’s interior has been designed by Andrew Winch.

The 300’2 / 91.50m Custom expedition ‘Tranquility’ was built in 2014 by Oceanco. Previously named Equanimity her luxurious interior is designed by Winch Design and her exterior styling is by Oceanco.

Tranquility’s interior layout sleeps up to 18 guests in 11 rooms, including a master suite, 3 VIP staterooms, 4 double cabins, 2 twin cabins, 2 convertable cabins and 2 pullman beds. She is also capable of carrying up to 31 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Her generous deck areas play host to a wide range of amenities including an outdoor bar, Jacuzzi and ample space for sunlounging and relaxing. Tranquility’s impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends.

PERFORMANCE

Built with Aluminium superstructure and Steel hull. With a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 5,000nm from her 279,000 litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
