M/Y O’Rea 78m Super Yacht by Golden Yachts

Golden Yachts provides a sneak peek into its 78-meter motor yacht, O’Rea, scheduled to make its global debut at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show 2023. Designed by Stefano Vafiadis, known for his collaboration with the Greek shipyard, this yacht features a contemporary plumb bow, setting it apart from its predecessors. O’Rea also boasts elongated trapezium-shaped windows, giving it a distinctive, aggressive profile.

Internally, the yacht’s interior styling is a joint effort between Vafiadis and Italian studio Massari Design, renowned for its partnership with Golden Yachts on Project X. O’Rea offers eight spacious guest cabins, including an expansive owner’s suite with a private office. The design team has meticulously incorporated over 250 finishes, featuring luxurious materials and precious stones.

O’Rea’s interior displays meticulous attention to detail, from polished marble steps on the staircase to exquisite chandeliers and decorative panels. The upper deck lounge houses a piano, a Lasvit glass chandelier, and an extensive audio-visual system, creating an ideal space for movie nights. The yacht also features a curated collection of contemporary artwork.

Key highlights of O’Rea include a large swimming pool on the main deck aft, complete with skylights filtering natural light into the beach house below. This area includes a health bar and a lounge with various seating, dining, and sunbathing options. The wellness center, equipped with a hammam, sauna, and massage room, enhances the onboard experience.

O’Rea incorporates a Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) to maintain its position without anchoring. Once delivered, the yacht will be available for charter, offering a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
