The impressive 88,5-metre motor yacht ‘Y710’ has been launched by the leading Dutch shipyard, Oceanco. With naval architecture by Azure Naval Architects and the yard’s in-house team, mega yacht Project Y710 features exterior design by Espen Oeino. Her aluminium superstructure was constructed by Aluship. 

Oceanco ship yard is owned by  Mohammed Al Barwani.

Infinity is the Dutch builder’s first delivery in 2015.

Accommodation
Infinity offers accommodation for up to 14 guests in 7 staterooms 1 owner cabin, 2 VIP cabins, 4 double cabins,

Her generous deck areas play host to a wide range of amenities including an outdoor bar and ample space for sunlounging and relaxing.

Construction & Dimensions
Infinity features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.

This luxury yacht is also fitted with ‘zero speed stabilizers’ which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary, particularly in rough waters.

The steel-and-aluminium yacht features striking exterior lines from the famed yacht designer Espen Øinowith interiors by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and David Kleinberg Design Associates.

Oceanco says Infinity is, “true to her name … the possibilities for the yacht is endless.” Infinity is designed to be a go-anywhere yacht, and powered by twin 4,828hp MTU engines, she reaches maximum speeds of 20 knots.

With an ample 14.2-metre beam, she accommodates her owners in a spacious master suite with a private deck and spa tub. Infinity also accommodates 10 guests in six suites, two of which are VIP cabins. Outdoor living areas abound and include a beach club on the lower aft deck and a relaxation area on the main deck that features a five-metre circular swimming pool surrounded by seating. This is adjacent to the indoor wellness area on the main deck. On the upper deck, there is an indoor/outdoor al fresco dining room and entertainment lounge, while the skylounge is a private space with an additional spa tub, bar and observation lounge.

Her captain and crew will celebrate her successful completion with Oceanco’s team, marked by the traditional good luck bite of Dutch herring, before Infinity leaves the shipyard today. Oceanco has a further three yachts on the Global Order Book. This includes the much-anticipated 100-metre-plus sailing yacht Solar, sold by Moran in 2012, which features a DynaRig and exterior styling by Nuvolari Lenard and is set to launch in 2015. Also upcoming from Oceanco is the 110 metre steel-and-aluminium motor yacht project Jubilee, sold by Burgess and set to debut in 2016, and the 88.5 metre Oceanco Y715, due in 2017.
