From the bridge deck wing stations to the main deck lifting pool, all the main elements synthesise design with owner desires, marrying practicality with a passion for perfection that was shared by all involved. Like every pure custom Feadship, Moon Sand is first and foremost a reflection of the owners who commissioned her. The look, feel and function of this striking new Feadship certainly benefit from the high degree of input from the clients, who liaised with De Voogt Design closely on every aspect of what is a relatively modern exterior profile with classic touches. The owners also enjoyed an excellent relationship with the interior design team at Bannenberg & Rowell and, of course, with the Feadship craftsmen and engineers who brought everything together in the refined beauty that is Moon Sand.

The 145.01ft Custom motor yacht motor yacht ‘Moon Sand’ was built by Feadship in Netherlands at their Makkum shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 2015. The yacht’s interior has been designed by Bannenberg & Rowell.

ACCOMMODATION
Moon Sand’s interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests overnight in 4 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 VIP stateroom. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Moon Sand features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks.

This luxury yacht is also fitted with ‘zero speed stabilizers’ which work at anchor, increasing on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary, particularly in rough waters.

Powered by 2 Caterpillar (C32B) 1,200hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers Motor yacht Moon Sand is capable of a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots.
