Ex. Lady Lau (formerly Lady Ann Magee II) is a 65m motor yacht, custom built in 2010 by Codecasa in Viareggio ( Italy ). This luxury vessel’s sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Codecasa. Her exterior is styled by the Codecasa team who are also responsible for the entire engineering package.

DOUBLE DOWN yacht has a steel hull with a aluminium superstructure with a beam of 11.18m (36’8″ft) and a 3.28m (10’9″ft) draft .This displacement yacht is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilisation system which reduces roll motion effect, resulting in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience. She has ‘at anchor stabilisers’ which work at zero speed, increasing onboard comfort at anchor or on rough waters and her bow thrusters make her more manoeuvrable at low speeds. DOUBLE DOWN is built to comply to MCA and Lloyds standards.

Originally ordered by an European client, who already owns a Codecasa 50, this newest 65 metres yacht, to be delivered in Summer 2010, will be characterized by classic and traditional lines. The yacht will be realized following the precise wishes of the owner, who is currently following step-by-step the design stages of the exteriors and interiors along with architects Franco and Anna Maria Della Role.
5 Decks in total, she will have very classic interiors with a great quantity of marbles, mahogany woods and upholstery all over the boat. Great care will be given to all guests areas, in particular to the cabins which will be differing the ones from the others both in colours and style. Bridge Deck will offer a relaxing spa pool plus a cinema area, a beauty shop, a gymnasium and a massage room, whereas on Sun Deck there will be a large sunpads area.

Codecasa, a Tuscan yacht builder, the 213ft vessel will have five decks, a spa pool, cinema, beauty salon, gym, massage room and sun deck.
Codecasa says the boat will be ready by summer 2010, although it wouldn’t identify its client. The “classical” marble and mahogany interior, designed by Franco and Anna Maria Della Role, the naval architects, will feature an owner’s suite, eight cabins for guests, a captain’s quarters, a chief engineer’s cabin and nine twin bedrooms for crew.
